Our group at BSC would like to invite postdoctoral researchers to apply for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoctoral fellowship with us.
We’re looking for a postdoctoral researcher with a strong background in CAD and mesh generation. The project involves building a metric-based geometry pipeline in two HPC codes:
The goal is enabling reliable mesh adaptivity for a large variety of research areas: large-scale CFD, multiphysics simulations, and solid mechanics. The PI of this action will be Oriol Lehmkuhl or Guillaume Houzeaux (depending on the candidate’s background and research goals), and the mesh-geometry side is led by Abel Gargallo and Julia Docampo.
There are two fellowship types available:
- European Fellowship (2 years): open to all candidates
- Global Fellowship (3-4 years): open to European nationals and long-term EU residents
